Anestec Solutions ("Anestec," "we," "us," "our") provides Anestec ClinicOS, a stock management platform for small and medium clinics. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website (anestecsolutions.stock-alerts.uk) or our software.

2. What information we collect
Information you give us directly
- Name, email address, and phone number (e.g. when booking a demo, contacting us, or creating an account)
- Clinic name and business details
- Account login credentials
- Billing information (processed via our payment provider — we do not store full card details)
Information collected through use of ClinicOS
- Stock, inventory, and supplier data you enter into the platform
- Staff user accounts your clinic creates within the platform — limited to staff names, for login and audit-trail purposes
- Usage data (login times, feature usage) to help us improve the product
We do not process any patient-identifiable data. Anestec ClinicOS is designed to track stock and consumables only. It does not collect, store, or process patient records or patient-identifiable information of any kind.

3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve ClinicOS
- Process your subscription and billing
- Respond to support requests and demo bookings
- Send you service-related communications (e.g. downtime notices, security alerts)
- Send you marketing communications, where you've opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time
- Meet our legal and regulatory obligations
4. Legal basis for processing (UK GDPR)
We process personal data under the following legal bases:
- Contract — to provide the service you've signed up for
- Legitimate interests — to improve our product and communicate with customers
